During the course of green belt building, controlled by magnetic powder brake
and under the condition of constant tension, green belt application of building is finished.
Cloth liner leveling-up device is used for let off and reeling of cloth liner to guarantee the cloth liner without cockle.
Green belt building can be made up and down.
Width direction position of feeding system can be adjusted manually.
An emergency stop button is designed near the tensioning roll.
Green belt moving velocity can be controlled manually.
All of the motors are designed on the same side of line. Cloth liner can be separated from axle.
Tensioning roll is designed at the center of line.
